What keeps us motivated

The ever-extending pandemic restrictions are taking a toll on all of us, and our level of commitment is often lower than usual.
Still, we do not give in to the fatigue but "look on the bright side of life" and keep doing what we do best, in a goodteam spirit, motivated by bigger and smaller successes 😊😎🚴‍♀️🤸‍♂️🌞
Read on to see what keeps us ticking.

Elevator installation projects

Piotr Kubiak – Project Coordinator

"Today, we have a lot of exposure to various systems and solutions in the lifting technology, starting with home lifts, through personal elevators, all the way up to freight/car lifts. I can definitely see us on the rise in our key industries".

Piotr is Eryk’s Project Coordinator for our elevator installation projects, with a very much hands-on approach, which is clearly visible in everything he does and says. Still, he is equally at ease with both the daily grind and the future outlook.

Electronic consumer goods – this is where Eryk shines too

The consumer electronics market has been steadily developing in recent years, and the growth accelerated further recently, with people spending much more time at home because of the pandemic. The consumer demand also puts demand on the supply chain, be it component suppliers or the manufacturing system providers.

Recently Eryk was a part of an interesting production site installation project, where we provided electrical and mechanical services for one of the key manufacturers of smart devices, together with our customer W.E.S. Conveyors Ltd.

“With the support from Eryk’s technical team we managed to install a conveyor line at the end-customer’s site successfully.  After carrying out extensive tests and simulating all possible scenarios, the line is working mechanically and electrically correct, and the end-customer is happy.
Eryk’s team was a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with their accuracy in carrying out the work and would be very happy to work with Eryk again in the future."
Steve Jeffery
W.E.S. Conveyors Ltd.

Chukwudi – joins ranks of Eryk’s technicians

Chukwudi joins ranks of Eryk's technicians
“At first it was a huge challenge, but now it has become a norm for me and more like an adventure.”
Chukwudi Ifeanetu Kingsley, for colleagues: Chudi, is the second electrician from West Africa completing Eryk’s training program. He is currently working on huge industrial automation project in the Netherlands, but we managed to catch him in the office and asked him some questions. Chukwudi’s story with Eryk started in April 2019 with extensive theoretical training, comprising technical and HSEQ issues, followed by practical trainings on European sites, together with other Eryk technicians.
Congratulations Chudi! Good to have you aboard! 😊

CSR 2020 - finally here!

2020 was much different than planned. Covid-19 forced us to change many arrangements and priorities. We had to focus on our operations and key stakeholders: especially customers and employees. We had to make Eryk a SAFE workplace and keep up a good team spirit.
Our involvement in local communities was much under the desired level, but we kept engaging where possible. We also stayed committed to our long-term vision of creating sustainable jobs in West Africa.

Responsible business means the world to us. It is not only the ethical thing to do, but it is also an expectation towards ourselves – international service provider, employer and a member of communities.
We have the pleasure to present the 4th annual CSR report
