...and we're off into 2022!

In the current world context, first things first:

#StandWithUkraine 💙💛

Eryk decided to support Ukraine with a donation of EUR 25.000 for the Ukrainian army and humanitarian aid. 💙💛 Lucja Kalkstein: “We do it to show our full support for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people. We are not just helping a neighbouring country in the face of invasion by an external aggressor, but we also defend our own values and security. This is the least we can do. We share this news not to brag, but hoping that our example will inspire others, or will help them decide to join, if they hesitate”.
Big thanks to Eryk employees, who are collecting the most needed supplies and products in our office. 💙💛

Touring the world from day #1 🌍🚀

We jumped into 2022 hoping that it will be the year when the unrestricted travel and socialization become the norm again.

We want to thank all our customers for meeting us, either online or in person during the Christmas/ winter visits. Thanks to such meetings we can make sure that things are going in the right direction, we can openly discuss and resolve any issues, and we can check how Eryk can improve to support our customers even better. Summer visits will be a next opportunity to do this and we already can't wait for it.

Believe it or not, the picture below is not yet a summer visit, though. It was just a Christmas visit at a customer's HQ in Portugal of our 3 musketeers: Adam, Szymon and Michał.

Our work front too is seeing some serious action, even at the start of the year. Our installation teams have already gone to the usual European destinations, but also as far as the US. Read a recap of 2021 below :)

What kept us busy in 2021

Automotive project at the turn of the year

For Eryk’s great team nothing is impossible!

On Wednesday afternoon, just before Christmas, a new customer contacted our sales department. Adam, who took the contact, was asked for support during the Christmas shutdown in a factory of one of the world-renowned automotive brands from Germany.

On Friday morning, we already had a group of 8 Eryk electricians at the factory near Frankfurt am Main. It was probably the quickest cooperation start and the fastest mobilization in our history.

New Year's menu ;)

Some people say that the first day of the New Year is a forecast for the whole year.
For Eryk, this could mean more projects in the automotive industry, which sounds great to us.
Let’s make it happen. 😊

Teamwork - where experience meets eagerness for development

Eryk team supports our customer's operations on the shop floor in the Netherlands, performing mechanical assembly of a conveying system. The team composition here is a blend of new and experienced guys, as we want the knowledge sharing to happen onsite. You could say that our technical wizards have so much knowledge in their heads, that they need to pass some of it to the younger generation😊.
Last year at Eryk over 40 experienced technicians received a training in coaching inexperienced colleagues 😊. With new skills they can not only support the technical development of the younger generation, but also motivate and give them constructive feedback.

Visit in Spain

It was a great pleasure to visit the site of our customer Hubmaster. Many thanks for having us and letting us take some video shots for our upcoming movie. 🎞🎥🎬📽

Last but also first: SAFETY!

Health & Safety is the TOP priority at our project sites, but the office folk needs to keep safe as well. To help our colleagues in the office feel more confident in case of emergency, Eryk has bought Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and made sure that all the white collars get trained in its operation. Hopefully, we'll never have to use it, but now we know how to!
