Scandinavian Days 2025

Building a sustainable future 🌱

The path to building a greener future is paved with active participation in meaningful conversations and decisive actions that help shape sustainable progress.

It is through such commitment that Eryk proudly partnered in the 11th edition of Scandinavian Days, held in Szczecin from 7–11 May 2025, under the theme “Blue Economy – the sea of possibilities.”

This event, focused on sustainable development from renewable energy to ecotourism and sustainable aquaculture, featured a wide range of activities - including expert panels and a job fair. It highlighted the role Scandinavian countries play in these sectors, providing inspiration for Szczecin.

We’re excited to invite you to a free seminar co-hosted by Eryk, exploring "The labour market’s future technical employees from Africa." This event takes place on the 1st of September 2025, in Copenhagen.

As you may know, Europe’s ageing population is gradually withdrawing from the labour market, and the resulting skills shortage is already a major barrier to growth. Meanwhile, Africa’s booming young population urgently needs job opportunities to ensure stability and reduce the risk of future migration crises. Eryk has been implementing a sustainable solution.

Meet the team
Eryk IT mission: To support European companies in farshoring business IT needs by seamlessly integrating skilled Nigerian IT software engineers into their workflow. 

In a recent visit to the service centre in Lagos, Eryk’s President, Jens-Christian Moller, joined by our Remote IT Sales Manager, Ole Aaroe, aligned with the software engineers driving our projects forward. 
 
Jens-Christian emphasised the importance of building trust with every project and ensuring customer satisfaction via great service delivery.
